UCTalent is seeking a passionate and talented Brand and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, titled "yêu ai để không sai," you will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual narratives and maintaining the integrity of our brand identity. You will apply your design expertise to develop engaging materials across various platforms, ensuring every visual element perfectly aligns with our strategic vision and resonates with our audience. This is a full-time position for a creative individual with approximately 1 year of professional experience, eager to make a significant impact. While the role is non-managerial, it offers ample opportunity for growth and direct contribution to exciting projects. Location is flexible/remote, allowing you to contribute from wherever you thrive best.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts that translate marketing objectives into visually appealing and effective graphics.
- Design a wide range of marketing collateral including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, email templates, presentations, brochures, and other print materials.
- Maintain and evolve UCTalent’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all visual communications across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet strategic goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our visual presence and design processes.
- Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring technical accuracy and quality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing professional design work, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles.
- Approximately 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with animation or motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Basic understanding of front-end web design (HTML, CSS).
- Experience with video editing and production.
- A keen eye for photography and image curation.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the design field.
- Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
