Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, development teams, quality assurance, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in business process analysis and re-engineering to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Support the creation and execution of test plans, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements.
- Facilitate communication and understanding between technical and business teams, resolving ambiguities and ensuring alignment.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for various audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
- Proactive attitude and a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Experience with process modeling tools and techniques.
