Join bangbang company as an Analytics Manager, an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to drive data-informed decision-making. Despite the "Manager" title, this is an individual contributor role perfect for someone with approximately 1 year of experience eager to leverage data to uncover insights and impact business strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, building reports, and communicating actionable recommendations to various stakeholders. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment where your analytical skills will directly contribute to our growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance, user behavior, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using various data visualization platforms to track key metrics.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders across different departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define appropriate data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency, performing data validation and troubleshooting as needed.
- Support the design and implementation of A/B tests and other experimental designs to measure the impact of new initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Operate as an individual contributor, managing your own analytical projects and priorities effectively without direct reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 1+ year of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with statistical programming languages like Python or R.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business analytics.
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Prior experience in a fast-paced technology or e-commerce environment.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
