You will be responsible for supporting critical business decisions by collecting, processing, and analyzing data, translating complex datasets into actionable insights. This position focuses on skill development and hands-on experience, working closely with senior team members and without direct reports, providing a foundational pathway into the world of data-driven strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of large datasets from various sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools.
- Translate data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support senior analysts and managers in developing analytical models and conducting in-depth studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver relevant insights.
- Continuously learn and apply new analytical techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 0 years of professional experience in data analysis; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
