About the Job
GHX Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the part-time role of 'tét', specializing as a Business Analyst. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, this individual contributor will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the development of solutions to enhance our operations and products. This is a flexible/remote position, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and meticulously document functional and non-functional requirements for new features, enhancements, and system integrations.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the design, testing, and deployment phases, including supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and status reports as an individual contributor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively gather, document, and manage requirements using various methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time capacity.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience working in the healthcare technology or supply chain industry.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master/Product Owner.
- Familiarity with data modeling, SQL queries, and reporting tools.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and methodologies for part-time engagement.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
