About the Job
hi siri company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative with a specialization in Customer Support. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. You will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs, presenting effective solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure their success with our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is passionate about both achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and present suitable hi siri company solutions.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and customer accounts, working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of hi siri company offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical assistance or guidance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and service requests accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to relay customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales, customer service, or combined sales-support role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and resolve customer concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales/customer support tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
Preferred Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the technology, SaaS, or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer success best practices.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
