ABC Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Part-Time Sales Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual with 0 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in data analysis within a dynamic sales and marketing environment. You will play a crucial role in extracting insights from sales and marketing data to help drive informed business decisions and optimize campaign performance. This is a non-management, part-time position offering a flexible work arrangement.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of sales and marketing data from various sources.
  • Perform basic exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales performance and marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using relevant tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of different marketing channels and sales promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver actionable findings.
  • Contribute to data quality assurance and data governance efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or Computer Science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Foundational understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
Preferred Requirement
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with database querying languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CAC, LTV) and sales funnels.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior and market trends.
