About the Job
As a Sale Manager specializing in Computer Vision at ABC company, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption and sales of our innovative computer vision solutions. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise and a robust technical understanding of computer vision principles and applications. You will operate as an individual contributor, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and effectively articulating the value and technical capabilities of our CV technologies to address diverse business needs. Your goal will be to expand our market presence and achieve ambitious sales targets within the computer vision domain.
Responsibilities
  • Actively identify, prospect, and qualify new sales leads and opportunities specifically for our computer vision products and services.
  • Conduct compelling technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our computer vision solutions.
  • Deeply understand client requirements and collaborate with internal engineering teams to propose tailored, high-impact computer vision solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, and successfully close deals to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to product development teams to help refine and shape future computer vision offerings.
  • Stay continuously updated on the latest advancements in computer vision technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent ABC company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of professional experience in technical sales, business development, account management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within a technology-driven sector.
  • Demonstrable foundational understanding of computer vision concepts, machine learning, and artificial intelligence principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a closely related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline effectively, and achieve sales objectives.
Preferred Requirement
  • Proven track record of success in selling complex technical solutions, particularly within the domains of AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV) or frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology company environment.
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a relevant technical field.
