About the Job
ABC Company is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven individual to join our team as a Quản lí Chuỗi Cửa hàng Trà sữa (Bubble Tea Chain Store Analytics Manager). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to optimize the performance, efficiency, and growth of our entire bubble tea chain. You will analyze sales trends, operational metrics, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic business decisions. This is an individual contributor role with a significant impact on the company's overall success and future direction.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including POS systems, inventory management, and customer feedback across all chain stores.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights into product performance, promotional effectiveness, pricing strategies, and customer purchasing habits.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to understand industry benchmarks and emerging opportunities within the bubble tea sector.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for inventory optimization, menu development, marketing campaigns, operational improvements, and strategic expansion.
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and store operations teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor the implementation and evaluate the effectiveness of new strategies and initiatives, providing continuous feedback and adjustments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within all reporting and analytical processes.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance management, preferably within the retail, F&B, or multi-store chain environment.
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with SQL for querying databases.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for dashboard creation.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry, especially with bubble tea chains.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling or machine learning techniques is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for driving business growth through data.
