ADFLY VIETNAM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented "nhat cotin" (Business Analyst) to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping to define and deliver innovative projects. With 1 year of experience, you will support our product and development teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, ensuring our solutions align with strategic business objectives. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Assist in analyzing and evaluating proposed solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Support the development team throughout the software development lifecycle, clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
- Participate in testing activities, including developing test cases and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a part-time capacity.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management or requirement management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Experience in the advertising technology (AdTech) industry.
