About the Job
As an Analytics Manager at FPT Software, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy and operational efficiency. This is an individual contributor position where you will leverage your analytical skills and technical expertise to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate compelling reports. With 1 year of experience, you will focus on executing data analysis tasks, supporting various business units, and contributing to a data-driven culture within our dynamic environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights across various business functions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to visualize data effectively.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Extract and manipulate data from various sources using SQL queries to support analytical projects.
- Assist in data quality initiatives, including data validation, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the implementation of data-driven strategies and contribute to improving decision-making processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and related technologies.
- Manage individual analytical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major Business Intelligence (BI) tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with a scripting language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and their application in business analysis.
- Exposure to data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience in the IT services or technology industry.
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
