About the Job
As a bangtest Analytics Manager, you will be a pivotal individual contributor responsible for leveraging data to extract meaningful insights and drive strategic decisions across our bangtest initiatives. With 1 year of relevant experience, you will focus on hands-on data analysis, reporting, and translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical rigor, and strong communication skills to optimize performance and foster data-informed growth for our bangtest projects.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to bangtest performance.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define data requirements, analyze the impact of new features, and support A/B testing initiatives for bangtest.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to investigate specific business questions, identify root causes, and provide data-driven solutions for bangtest optimization.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytical processes and reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics infrastructure, tools, and methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 1 year of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
Preferred Requirement
  • Experience with a scripting language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical concepts.
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Understanding of product analytics, user behavior analysis, or marketing analytics concepts.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
