About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven bangtest Analytics Manager to join our team. Despite the "Manager" title, this is a pivotal individual contributor role designed for a professional with approximately 1 year of experience who is ready to take a lead in analytics initiatives. You will be responsible for leveraging data to uncover insights, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize business performance across various functions. This full-time position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage analytics projects from conception to completion, without direct people management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of analytics projects, from problem definition and data collection to analysis, interpretation, and presentation of findings.
- Develop and implement analytical strategies and models to identify key trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Collaborate with various business units (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business health.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to investigate root causes of performance fluctuations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytical outputs.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Continuously research and apply best practices in data analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Requirement
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and machine learning concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through data-driven recommendations.
