About the Job
None company is seeking a highly experienced and visionary *baabababb Head of Design
- to lead our design strategy and execution. As the Head of Design, you will be instrumental in shaping our product experience, brand identity, and overall user interaction. This full-time role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user-centered designs. You will drive the design vision, ensuring consistency and innovation across all our platforms, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring our products to life. While not directly managing a team, you will significantly influence our design culture and mentor fellow designers through your expertise and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and champion the overall design vision, strategy, and principles for None company's products and services.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, user interface design, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions align with business goals, technical capabilities, and brand guidelines.
- Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the organization and foster a culture of design excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and user experience.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating design rationale and impact effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, strategic thinking, and successful delivery of user-centered products.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related design discipline.
- Proven expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Professional working proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
Preferred Requirement
- Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience scaling and maintaining design systems for complex products.
- Proven track record of influencing product strategy through design.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development capabilities and limitations.
