About the Job
We are seeking a Volatility PM with deep expertise across crypto and equityoptions markets. This person will be responsible for generating and managing alpha through volatility trading, derivatives structuring, and cross-asset positioning.The ideal candidate understands both traditional options theory and crypto-native market structure, with experience managing risk dynamically across highly volatile environments.
Responsibilities
- Run and manage a volatility-focused trading book across crypto and equities
- Identify opportunities across implied vs realised volatility, skew, term structure, and event-driven dislocations
- Structure and execute directional and market-neutral options strategies
- Manage portfolio risk, greeks exposure, and hedging frameworks
- Work closely with researchers and engineers to improve execution and strategy infrastructure
- Generate repeatable alpha while maintaining disciplined risk management
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven PnL track record trading options or volatility products
- Strong understanding of options pricing models and volatility surfaces
- Experience across crypto derivatives venues and/or traditional options markets
- Ability to manage risk during high-volatility regimes
- Strong quantitative and probabilistic thinking
- TradFi background highly valued but not mandatory
Preferred Requirement
- Experience across both crypto and equities
- Familiarity with systematic or semi-systematic strategies
- Understanding of market microstructure and liquidity dynamics
