UCTalent is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an UC Ruby. This full-time, entry-level position is designed for an aspiring backend engineer with a keen interest in analytics. As an UC Ruby, you will primarily focus on developing and maintaining our Ruby backend systems, contributing to the data infrastructure that powers our analytics capabilities. This role offers a unique opportunity for a passionate individual with 0 years of experience to kickstart their career in a dynamic environment, learning and growing within the intersection of backend engineering and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Ruby.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement solutions for data processing and integration.
- Assist in building and optimizing database schemas and queries to support analytics requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies relevant to Ruby backend development and data analytics.
Minimum Qualifications
