About the Job
As a UC Nema specializing in Decision Science at ADFLY VIETNAM, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize our sales strategies and operations. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional experience, focusing on enhancing sales performance, understanding market dynamics, and making informed decisions to drive revenue growth. You will act as a critical analytical support for sales leadership, providing actionable intelligence without direct people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance data, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the sales function.
- Develop data-backed recommendations for sales strategies, operational enhancements, and process optimizations.
- Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize CRM data and other sales tools to support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align analytical insights with broader business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for improving data collection, quality, and utilization within the sales process.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales tactics and positioning.
- Present complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or decision scientist role, preferably with exposure to sales or commercial data.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience in the AdTech, digital marketing, or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL for data querying.
- Ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and strong analytical arguments.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
