About the Job
As a Part-time UX Researcher specializing in 'Siêu tai nghe' at GHX Company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our innovative audio wearable products. With a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for conducting research that uncovers user needs, behaviors, and motivations related to our cutting-edge 'Siêu tai nghe' offerings. This is an individual contributor role with no management responsibilities, allowing you to deep-dive into user insights and directly influence product development, working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and execute a variety of user research studies, including but not limited to interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnographic studies, and concept testing, specifically for our 'Siêu tai nghe' product line.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation related to audio wearables.
  • Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and compelling reports for product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Create research artifacts such as user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to communicate user understanding across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle of 'Siêu tai nghe'.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring user-centered design principles are applied.
  • Continuously seek to improve research methodologies and practices within the company.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar user-centered research role.
  • Proven ability to plan, conduct, and analyze various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant UX research projects and their impact on product development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously in a remote, part-time setting.
Preferred Requirement
  • Direct experience researching audio products, wearables, consumer electronics, or other hardware/software integrated experiences.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for collaborative purposes.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese, given the job title and potential target market.
