About the Job
As a Hiring Manager at GHX Company, we are seeking a talented and passionate Brand and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that resonates with our audience, maintains brand consistency, and supports our marketing and communication efforts. This is a full-time position with no management responsibilities, offering a significant impact on our brand's visual presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all company materials.
- Design a wide range of marketing and communication assets, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, presentations, and print collateral.
- Create engaging infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions on time.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual designs that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and best practices for various platforms.
- Research and stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our visual output.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including brand identity projects, marketing materials, and digital graphics.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices and receive feedback.
- Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and designing for digital platforms (web, mobile apps).
- Proficiency in Figma for collaborative design workflows.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) and basic video editing skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology or B2B environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid work setup.
