Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Collecting, cleaning, and processing large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency. * Performing exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. * Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders. * Assisting in the interpretation of complex data and providing data-driven recommendations to support business strategies and operational improvements. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. * Supporting the development and optimization of data pipelines and data models. * Continuously learning and applying new analytical techniques, tools, and best practices in data analytics. * Assisting in the documentation of data processes, definitions, and results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Zero (0) years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is required for effective communication with local teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate findings clearly.
Preferred Requirement
- Prior internship experience in a data-related role.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Basic programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
- Exposure to web application development concepts, particularly Ruby on Rails, which can be beneficial for understanding data structures and sources within our systems.
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Conversational English proficiency is a plus, enabling engagement with broader technical resources and potentially international teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio of personal projects or academic work demonstrating data analysis capabilities.
