About the Job
Lindsay Watts Trading is seeking an exceptional and highly skilled technical individual to join our team as a Siêu Code, Account Manager. This unique role combines deep technical expertise with strategic client relationship management. As a Siêu Code, you will leverage your 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement bespoke technical solutions and integrations for our most critical trading partners and institutional clients. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, understanding their complex trading needs, and driving long-term technical partnerships. This is a full-time, individual contributor role (no people management responsibilities) focused on delivering unparalleled technical value and fostering robust client relationships in a dynamic, global remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead technical expert and primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic client accounts.
- Translate complex client business requirements and trading needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement custom trading tools, integrations, APIs, and other technical solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Provide expert technical consultation, guidance, and support to clients on Lindsay Watts Trading's platforms, services, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for technical solution enhancements, new service adoption, and upsell within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met and new solutions are effectively integrated.
- Monitor client technical performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and system stability.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the trading technology space.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in a highly technical role within financial services, trading technology, or a related domain.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Software Engineer with significant client interaction.
- Exceptional programming skills in at least one of Python, C++, or Java, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, trading systems (OMS, EMS), market data, and connectivity protocols (e.g., FIX).
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Requirement
- Master's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with various trading strategies, asset classes, and risk management concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical initiatives with clients.
- Experience contributing to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal technical projects.
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Certifications in relevant programming languages, cloud technologies, or financial markets.
