About the Job
Test Company is seeking a passionate and driven Junior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team, focusing on our innovative 'Siêu Sinh Nhật' platform. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations related to celebrating special occasions, ultimately shaping the user experience of our product. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure our 'Siêu Sinh Nhật' platform delivers intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences for our users. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with 1 year of experience to grow their research skills and contribute significantly to a user-centric product.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and conduct a variety of user research activities for the 'Siêu Sinh Nhật' platform, including but not limited to user interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies, and competitive analysis.
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user behaviors, needs, pain points, and motivations related to birthday planning and celebration.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, recommendations, and user stories for product and design teams.
- Create research deliverables such as user personas, user journey maps, empathy maps, and research reports.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure research insights are integrated effectively.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Advocate for the user throughout the development process and contribute to a user-centric culture within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and methodologies in UX research.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in UX research, applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and research methodologies.
- Proven ability to conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze research data.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate research findings to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UX research projects and deliverables is a plus.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and user testing tools (e.g., UserTesting.com, Maze).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to inform research questions.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
- Passion for understanding user behavior in the context of event planning or celebration.
