As a "Siêu Sinh Nhật" (Entry-Level Business Analyst) at Nhập Siêu, you will embark on an exciting journey to understand and bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with various teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, contributing directly to the success of our projects and products. Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Support the creation of functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Participate in the analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and proposed solutions.
- Support quality assurance activities, including reviewing test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Actively learn and apply business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of requirements and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No prior professional experience required (0 years).
Preferred Requirement
- Internship experience in a business analysis, project management, or IT-related role.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) or Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., advanced Excel).
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
- Proficiency in English (especially for reading technical documents or communicating with international partners).
