ADFLY VIETNAM is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role, affectionately known as "Siêu Job Nhiều Số 0," is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with no prior professional experience to kickstart their career in data analytics. As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting various departments in making informed business decisions. You will be an individual contributor, focusing on learning and applying data analysis techniques under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using appropriate visualization tools to present data insights clearly and effectively.
- Assist in identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking their performance over time.
- Support senior analysts in conducting in-depth analyses and preparing presentations of findings.
- Contribute to the documentation of data sources, metrics, and analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
- Continuously learn and apply new data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 0 years of professional experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to learn.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese, both written and verbal, for effective internal communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirement
- Prior internship or academic project experience involving data analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Basic knowledge of Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Exposure to programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
