About the Job
ADFLY VIETNAM is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our growing team as an individual contributor Head of Design (Job Code: RB 002). In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind establishing and executing our design vision and strategy. As the primary "Plan Developer" for design, you will be responsible for defining design processes, establishing best practices, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across all our platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious designer to shape the design landscape of a dynamic company from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies, roadmaps, and processes that align with ADFLY VIETNAM's business objectives and user needs.
- Act as the primary "Plan Developer" for all design-related initiatives, translating abstract concepts and business requirements into actionable design plans and compelling visual experiences.
- Lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and conceptualization to prototyping, testing, and final implementation of UI/UX solutions.
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all products and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate design thinking into every stage of product development.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing products.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, fostering a strong design-centric culture within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually evolve our design capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of impactful professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related design field, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement design plans and strategies from conception to completion.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience working in the advertising technology (AdTech) or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with front-end development capabilities and limitations (HTML/CSS).
- Experience in a startup or rapidly scaling environment where establishing new processes is key.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and highly functional digital experiences.
