About the Job
ADFLY VIETNAM is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager with a specialization in Data Analysis to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our product strategy by leveraging insights derived from extensive data analysis. This is an individual contributor role perfect for someone with approximately 1 year of experience who is passionate about translating complex data into actionable product features and improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and ensure our products meet user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior, identify product performance trends, and uncover areas for product optimization and growth.
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key product performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of new features and product iterations.
- Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product changes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Support the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and strategic goals.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis, focusing on data-driven approaches to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback, combining quantitative data with qualitative insights to inform product decisions.
- Communicate product plans, updates, and results effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1 year of professional experience in product management, data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role focused on product or business insights.
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience in the advertising technology (AdTech) industry, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing best practices.
- Experience with programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate with international stakeholders.
