About the Job
BangComp Company is seeking a highly motivated and talented Node.js Fullstack Engineer to join our innovative development team. Despite being early in your career, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining cutting-edge web applications, leveraging a modern tech stack that includes Node.js (NestJS), React.js (Next.js), Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong passion for full-stack development and a desire to grow into a senior "pro" in the Node.js ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Design and implement responsive and modern user interfaces with Tailwind CSS.
- Build and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Node.js with NestJS framework.
- Integrate and manage data stores, including PostgreSQL for relational data and MongoDB for NoSQL data.
- Implement and optimize caching strategies using Redis to enhance application performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure reliability and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience with Node.js, preferably with the NestJS framework.
- Demonstrable experience with React.js, including understanding of component-based architecture.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Understanding of RESTful API design and principles.
- Basic experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with Next.js framework for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS for rapid UI development.
- Practical experience with Redis for caching, pub/sub, or message queues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment strategies.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
