ADFLY VIETNAM is seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. This specific role carries the internal designation "MUSDY 3 đô la". As a full-time Data Analyst with approximately 1 year of experience, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing our business operations. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business understanding.
- Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to present key performance indicators.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders across different departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data analysis projects.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and the implementation of data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 1 year of professional experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar data-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and querying relational databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate data findings.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Basic knowledge of a scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
- Previous experience in the ad-tech, digital marketing, e-commerce, or online media industry.
- Proven ability to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies in data analytics.
