None company is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern Developer Test with a focus on Business Analysis to join our dynamic team. This full-time internship is designed for individuals with 0 years of experience who are eager to kickstart their career in the intersection of development, testing, and business analysis. As an Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to understand business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, support the testing phase, and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and meetings to elicit detailed information.
- Help translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Support the creation and review of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
- Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and correctly implemented.
- Assist in data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of business analysis processes and documentation standards.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for business analysis and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 years of professional work experience.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic exposure to requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of data modeling concepts or basic SQL knowledge.
- Prior experience with any form of project work, even academic, involving requirements gathering or system analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
- A strong passion for technology and a desire to make a tangible impact.
