Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders (if applicable) or project leads to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity visual designs and interactive user interfaces.
- Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using core frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create design systems, style guides, and component libraries to maintain consistency across projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
- 0 years of professional experience in frontend development or UI/UX design (personal projects, academic work, or self-study portfolios are highly encouraged).
- Foundational understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, even if academic or personal.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
- Basic understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Experience with CSS pre-processors (Sass, Less) or frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to frontend development.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a passion for creating beautiful and intuitive user experiences.
