About the Job
uctalent labs is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with 0 years of experience to kickstart their career in business development. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving growth for both uctalent labs and unchain labs, working closely with senior team members to learn and develop essential sales and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities for uctalent labs and unchain labs.
- Assist in generating leads and making initial contact with prospective clients through various channels (e.g., email, social media, networking).
- Support the development and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Learn to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress toward targets.
- Continuously learn about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
