UCTalent is seeking a highly motivated and creative Business Development Staff (Intern) with a specialization in Brand and Graphic Design. This unique full-time internship offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our business growth by developing compelling visual assets that enhance our brand presence and support sales and marketing initiatives. You will work closely with our business development and marketing teams, transforming strategic ideas into impactful visual communications. This role is perfect for a budding designer looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment and apply design skills directly to business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging marketing and sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertisements.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of UCTalent's brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.
- Develop visual content for business development campaigns and outreach efforts to attract and engage potential clients.
- Support the Business Development team by creating custom design elements for client pitches, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor branding, and effective visual communication strategies relevant to the talent acquisition and tech industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet strategic goals and deadlines.
- Contribute to visual storytelling that articulates UCTalent's value proposition and strengthens our market position.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in graphic design through internships, freelance work, or academic projects.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and understanding of design principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Fundamental understanding of branding principles and visual identity systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Requirement
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and creating professional slide decks.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and how design contributes to lead generation and conversion.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience with motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) or video editing is a plus.
- An interest in the talent acquisition, HR tech, or technology industry.
