UCTalent is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This full-time internship is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the intersection of business analysis and project management. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams, helping to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will contribute to various project phases, from requirements gathering and documentation to project tracking and stakeholder communication, working closely with experienced Project Managers and Business Analysts. This is an excellent opportunity to learn industry best practices, develop essential skills, and contribute to impactful projects within a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on project delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project tasks and timelines.
- Help create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and report generation.
- Collaborate with development teams, quality assurance, and other internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues and risks.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status and findings to various audiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in a project-oriented academic role, prior internship, or relevant analytical position.
- Demonstrated understanding of basic business analysis or project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to take initiative and ownership.
