As a Blockchain Engineer with 0 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing decentralized solutions for our trusted decentralized headhunting platform. Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of smart contracts on various blockchain platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of decentralized applications (DApps) and their integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of blockchain solutions.
- Collaborate with senior developers to integrate blockchain functionalities with existing systems.
- Research and stay up-to-date with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and best practices.
- Document technical specifications, code, and development processes.
- Learn and apply secure coding principles for blockchain development under guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience/portfolio.
- Foundational understanding of blockchain technology, cryptographic principles, and decentralized systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, Rust, or Solidity).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical challenges.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Requirement
- Familiarity with smart contract development languages like Solidity or Rust.
- Experience with blockchain frameworks and tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Remix, or Ganache.
- Knowledge of Web3.js or Ethers.js for DApp interaction.
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal blockchain-related projects (e.g., smart contracts, DApps, PoCs).
- Understanding of different consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS) and various blockchain architectures (e.g., Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana).
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React/Vue) to integrate with DApps.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
