About the Job
hellobaby is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Part-time Brand and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our brand's visual identity across various platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, marketing materials, and internal communications. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer with approximately 1 year of experience to grow their skills and make a tangible impact on our brand's presence.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging visual content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Create marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, banners, presentations, and other print materials.
- Ensure all visual designs adhere strictly to hellobaby's brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into effective visual designs.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for various campaigns.
- Manage and organize design assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.
- Provide design support for internal communication and special projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills and relevant projects.
- Approximately 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual work.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is required.
Preferred Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience with tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
